- Why can't I get to my website or account?
1. If you can access your website by its IP address but not the domain name, your name probably has not propagated yet. It can take up to 72 hours for your domain name information to be updated in the name servers.
2. Another possibility is that there may be a problem with a router or your ISP. Contact your ISP or wait for them to solve the issue.
3. If you have already uploaded your files but cannot see them, make sure you uploaded them to "public_html".
4. If you are still unable to access your website or account, contact us via our helpdesk, support forums or email (support@wynhost.com) immediately.
